Wrap the printed tape around the widest part of your foot and hold the end of the ruler as shown below
Wrap the beginning of the measuring tape around as shown below and mark your wraparound size at that the 0 mark
Unwrap the measuring tape and read your wraparound size
To measure the length simply stand on the ruler and read the measurement at your big toe
